Meet Kent & Jane Emirbayer
A Family Camping Dream Come True
For Kent and Jane Emirbayer, Jellystone Park™ Asheboro began with a love of family camping and a dream of creating a campground of their own.
Kent grew up outside Rochester, New York, while Jane grew up outside Washington, DC, enjoying camping trips with her family to Kerr Lake and Virginia Beach.
They met while volunteering with Young Life in Rochester. As their family grew, summers camping in the Adirondacks inspired Kent’s dream of building and operating a campground.
In 2013, that dream became a reality. Kent and Jane purchased 100 acres on Crestview Church Road in Asheboro, North Carolina.
Today, they continue to share their love of the outdoors, bringing families together to enjoy God’s beautiful creation and make lasting camping memories.
A Hidden Gem. A Story Worth Sharing.
