Halloween is getting a Jellystone makeover! After 10 years of classic Halloween thrills, we’re stirring up something NEW. This season, we’re keeping the traditions campers love — and adding fresh twists, surprises, and magic all month long. Come ready for pumpkins, costumes, candy… and a few things we haven’t revealed yet!
🎩 Magic Pumpkin Experience
A fall favorite returns! Visit the pumpkin patch, plant your “magic seed,” and see the Jellystone magic that grows overnight.
No two pumpkins are ever the same — and this year may hold a surprise!
🕯️ Legend of Lantern Head Hayride
Beware the flicker in the dark…
Ride into the night and step into the story of Lantern Head — a mysterious spirit with a glowing grin.
A not-so-scary and mostly silly tale of happenings in the woods of Jellystone Park™ Asheboro AND Yogi Bear™ fun along the way!
👻 Monster Mash Dance Party
Costumes, music, spooky lights, and all your best monster moves!
A Halloween tradition that keeps the dance floor jumping all weekend.
🍬 Candy Carnival
Games, sweets, prizes, and trick-or-treat fun Jellystone Park™ style!
Bring your candy bags — the treats abound.
NEW THIS YEAR
Broom-haha Brouhaha
FREE NIGHT STAY CONTEST
Brouhaha (broo-hah-hah): a big fuss or commotion over something rather small. And what could be more deserving of an unnecessarily BIG fuss than… a broom?
Bring a broom from home, flip it upside down, and turn it into something wonderfully creative! Dress it up, give it a personality, build it a theme, or transform it into something we never would have imagined.
We’ll provide a stand for your creation (1.5″ diameter for your broom) so it can be proudly displayed at your campsite for the Broom-Haha Brouhaha!
🏆 Brooms will be judged on creativity, originality, and family-friendliness, and the winning site will receive a FREE NIGHT STAY!
So bring your broom, bring your imagination, and help us create a whole lot of brouhaha over something wonderfully ordinary.
Guests provide their own broom and decorations. Broom stands will be provided. Winner will be announced via the Jellystone Park™ App
